ROS-ID®超氧化物檢測試劑盒——ENZO熱銷產品

Enzo Life Sciences的ROS-ID® Superoxide detection kit可利用熒光顯微鏡和/或流式細胞儀直接實時監測活細胞中超氧化物的產生。該試劑盒的一個主要成分，超氧化物檢測試劑（橙色），是一種細胞滲透性探針，可與超氧化物發生特異性反應，產生橙色熒光產物。熒光探針對活性過氧化物、羥基、過氧亞硝酸鹽、氯或溴相對不敏感，因此該試劑盒不能檢測這些分析物。染色后，可使用配備有標準橙色（如550/620 nm）濾光片的寬場顯微鏡進行觀察，或使用配備有藍色（488 nm）激光的流式細胞儀進行分析。

超氧化物檢測試劑盒包含足夠的試劑，可使用活細胞（貼壁或懸?。┻M行至少200次顯微鏡分析或50次流式細胞術分析。
