1. 檢測時間更短  – 新試劑盒的檢測時間由原來的18小時縮短到僅僅1個小時。

2. 穩定性更強 – 舊款試劑盒的乙酰膽，堿酯酶和 Ellmans’ 試劑盒被替換成 HRP 以及 TMB，增強了穩定性，無需儲存在 -20°C。

3. 簡化的實驗步驟  – 直接標記的一抗以及其他組件的改進減少了所需試劑，從而簡化了實驗步驟。

4. 更廣的檢測范圍  – 新試劑盒檢測范圍增加到 0.94 - 60 ng/ml ，這可以減少稀釋步驟并且該范圍可能更適宜生物樣品的讀數 。
